I had a lot of fun making this mixtape. The remixes I worked on with Yung Image turned out crazy and brought out the best in him, specially that Bad Romance (Lady Gaga) rmx and Beyonce’s Viedophone rmx. It’s somewhat of a departure from the first ‘Eclectic’……this one having a lot more mtv friendly (pop) songs. But very much like the first one I touched on different genres…while introducing more blends, something that was missing with the first. I still managed to get some of my personal favorites in there, like “Monday Morning” and “You Stop My Heart” courtesy of Melanie Fiona…….as well as an assortment of nice remixes (as always!). “Supernova,” “Fire burning,” “Love Game” among others.  Enjoy this one! I’m back at it again with this one! The last Hip-hop/Reggae Remix CD I put out was a while ago….so I updated the stash with some criss biscuits. The debut mixtape from Yung Image was a long time in the making, but well worth the wait. Sag and I stepped into a different zone to give Image a brand new sound….one that would suit his multi-genre style. The result is this cd…. From “Trouble On The Dance Floor” which finds Image on a fast paced, synth-filled soundscape (hey, I had to say it before the haters did — you know they’re out there) to “Rude Boy Fresh” where he checks his fresh against the competition over some fresh 808s and snares….can’t forget “Change Gonna Come” where he voices his social concerns over the Ghetto Medley riddim (oh, that riddim, mad a road!)

Industry Net Worth Radio

Right. If you don’t know, I like to collaborate with, produce for, and play music from talented new artists. Love to actually.
